DFW Goal Pass ("we," "us," or "our") operates the DFW Goal Pass mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
We collect: account info (name, email, phone), profile data (display name, avatar, location, favorite team), check-in data (GPS location at time of check-in, visit date/time, items ordered, ticket total), receipt photos, and device info (push notification tokens).
We use your information to operate the App, track passport stamps and rewards, verify check-ins, send push notifications, and improve your experience.
We access your location only during check-ins to verify you are at the restaurant. We do not track your location continuously or in the background.
We do not sell your personal information. Restaurant owners see visit data for their location. We use trusted third-party services (cloud storage, push notifications) under strict data protection agreements.
We retain your data while your account is active. Request deletion at privacy@dfwgoalpass.com. Receipt photos are kept for 12 months.
We use HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls to protect your data.
Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You may access, update, or delete your information through the App settings or by contacting us at privacy@dfwgoalpass.com.
